Ingredients
- 1 cup dried Montmorency tart cherries
- 1 pound chicken breast, boiled and shredded
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Directions (makes 4 cups)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on salad or sandwich bread.
